UCCS Wireless Access Point Request Form

This form is used to request setup of a wireless access point on the UCCS Campus.
Private access points may only be used for research and must have access blocked to the rest of campus and internet.
Any wireless access point on the UCCS Campus not registered with UCCS IT Dept will be shut down.
Wireless 802.11N access points must not operate on 2.4Ghz 40Mhz channels.
